Trip to Kyrgyzstan: Tour 3

Day 1: Bishkek - Ala Archa - Bishkek
Upon arrival at Manas International Airport the driver will meet you. You will be transferred to the capital city of Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek. It will take you just 30 minutes. Today we will drive to Ala Archa gorge (45 km). It is the well-known park which is found on a spur of the Tien Shan mountain range. Traverlers will enjoy the pristine nature and relish picnics. Travellers will be in love of forests and landscape of high passes. In the second half of the day you will have a chance to visit the Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala Too Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic and other interesting places of wonder. Transfer to a hotel for rest.  

Day 2: Bishkek - Burana - Issyk Kul northern shore
The tour will start by driving to Issyk Kul lake! Remarkable lake is fenced by the celestial mountains and deliberated to be the second largest alpine lake in the world of 1608 m. above sea level. We will have an opportunity to swim and enjoy on spa resorts. We visit the Burana Tower and an open-air museum of Balbals (stone warriors). We are sure you will be awe-struck by ancient buildings. Overnight is in a hotel.

Day 3: Issyk Kul lake - Rukh Ordo - Karakol
In the morning we will drive to Karakol city. On the way we will have a stop and visit ancient stone inscriptions, found in the 800 B.C by shamans. They are about 2000 years old. Then we will drive to Cholpon Ata city and visit historical Rukh Ordo center. Pleasing complex is made up for broadmindedness of diverse kind of religions. Eccentric roads and routes will stir by splendid panoramic views. When we arrive in Karakol city you will visit the Dungan mosque and an old wooden Orthodox Church. Night is in a guesthouse.

Day 4: Karakol - Jeti Oguz - Issyk Kul southern shore - Kochkor  
We are glad to amaze you by the next day of tour travelling to Jeti Oguz gorge. This place will attract your attention by seven red rocks which are positioned in a row. There is also the well-known Broken Heart Mountain. If you like to see panoramic views, we recommend you to spend 20 minutes and go top. We will continue our way Bokonbaeva village and get acquainted with an eagle hunter or berkutchi. You will be shown ab eagle hunting. We will drive to Kochkor village. Night is in a homestay.                                                                       

Day 5: Kochkor - Son Kul
The tour will start by driving to the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan - Son Kul Lake. You will find the lake bordered by celestial mountains.  The lake is found at an altitude of 3013 meters above sea level. It is an ideal place where you can meet with Kyrgyz families and taste nomadic dishes. Stunning scenery of pastureland and paddocks will motivate you. You can find best panoramic views and adore your tours in Kyrgyzstan. Night is in nomadic felt dwellings - yurts.

Day 6: Son Kul - Tash Rabat
In the morning we will travel to the Tash Rabat Caravanserai on the Great Silk Road. This olden place was found from the 14th century and located on Tian Shan Mountains. Rock lumps of the castle lie at an elevation of 3200 m above sea level. See 31 rooms in it. In past time the Tash Rabat was an underground prison. On the way you will be told about more about this mystical place. Night is in a yurt.

Day 7: Tash Rabat - Naryn
This tour will start by driving to Naryn city. The city is enclosed by grand mountains from all four sides. The weather is quite pleasant. On the way you will drive via mountain passes and relish the scenery of unspoiled nature. Learn more about nomadic lifestyle and contribute in everyday events. Panoramic views of mountains are truly incredible. Today you will have night is in a guesthouse.

Day 8: Naryn - Bishkek
In the morning we will travel to Kochkor village. On the way you will have an idea to drive sideways mountain roads and get joy of the single nature! There are mountain passes of over 3000 meters high. On arrival in Kochkor village you will learn how to make national carpets - shyrdak. Kyrgyz local families will share some tips of making them special. We will visit a small handicraft museum and drive back to Bishkek city. Night is in a hotel.
