Tour summary:
Day 1: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley
You will be met at Manas International Airport and accompanied to Bishkek City (30 min. drive) by a professional guide and have a breakfast. In the morning you will explore Bishkek City. The city tour includes the visiting of the central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), the History Museum, National philharmonic, Oriental Bazaar, Art Gallery and many others places of interest. After lunch you will be transferred to an adorable Chon Kemin valley in the Kalmak-Ashuu Guesthouse, where you will spend the night and have a dinner. On the way, you will visit the Burana Tower (watch tower of the Balasagun city (11th century) and an open air museum of Balbans (stone warriors).Dinner will be served at 7 pm.
Day 2: Chon Kemin valley - Tamga
Breakfast will be served early at 7 o'clock. Afterwards, you will drive to Tamga (380 km,6h) by car. We will move by the southern shore of the stupendous Issyk-Kul Lake, second largest mountain lake in the world (1608m.above sea level). The Lake is also very transparent and salty as if it contains tears. Dinner will be served in the Tamga Guesthouse, where you will also spend the night.
Day 3: Tamga - Chong Kyzyl Suu
After breakfast we will start our way to astonishing Chong Kyzyl Suu Valley by car (70 km). and from there you will start your horseback riding. Moving along the Terskey mountain range (5h), you will see variously shaped mountains, just before that we will visit the mineral sources of hot springs at Jeli Suu ( Dungan Village),the southern shore of Issyk Kul is wealthy with mineral springs. A horseback riding tour will start with a short journey(1 hour) to the Geographical location of Chong Kyzyl Suu is waiting for you Your dinner and overnight stay will be in yurts. A yurta is traditional nomad's dwelling that was preserve in its original form for ages.
Day 4: Chong Kyzyl Suu - pass Karatakia - gorge Kitchi Kyzyl Suu
At the morning you will have a horseback riding over the Karatakia pass through the gorgeous Karatakia gorge. After enjoying the view of the pass you will take a strengthening lunch. Afterwards you will move down to the Kitshi Kyzyl Suu valley where you can have Kumis - Kyrgyz national drink made of fermented mare's milk and having healing qualities. Dinner is served at 7 p.m. Night in tents.
Day 5: Kitchi Kyzyl Suu - gorge Jukutchak
After breakfast you will start horse riding to very beautiful Kashka-Tor pass (3937m above sea level). At the other side of the pass you will cross the red cave called "500 rams" and watch a mountain waterfall. You will have your lunch at the bottom of the waterfall. There is another source of hot springs (40 degrees Celsius) that are also possible to visit if you wish. After having a rest we continue our way to Jukutchak valley. Dinner is served at 8 p.m. Night in tents.
Day 6: Gorge Jukutshak - gorge Ashu-Kashka Suu
Your breakfast will be served at 8 o'clock. And you start to climb the pass Ashu-Tor (3636m asl), on the way you can visit a sauna with thiocyanogen water. After taking lunch you will keep on your horse riding down to the matchless gorge of Ashu-Kashka Suu (6h). Your dinner will be served at 8 p.m. Night in tents.
Day 7: Ashu-Kashka Suu Gorge - Kashka-Suu Lake
You will have a breakfast at 8 o'clock. After packing your backpacks you will have an ascent on horses to the pass Kashka-Suu (3891m.), and there you will have a lunch. Then you will ride your horse (6h) to pure and sparkling Kashka-Suu Lake wich situated at an altitude of 3800 meters above sea level. Dinner is served at 7p.m. Night in tents.
Day 8: Lake Kashka-Suu - river Kumtor (3012m)
After a strengthening breakfast you will start horse riding(6h) to Kumtor river place of the gold-mining activities. You will move among snow covered Ak Shirak Mountains. Weather here can change from summer heat to winter snow within 20 minutes. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. You will spend the night in tents close to the Central Tien Shan observatory.
Day 9: Kumtor - Arabel Suu
The day starts with a breakfast at 8 o'clock. Afterwards you will ride your horse along Arabel Suu River (5h) (lunch on the way). Dinner and night near the Arabel Suu River in tents. There is the valley of eight mountain lakes situated nearby to each other. It makes unforgettable feelings to see all of them simultaneously.
Day 10: Arabel Suu - Chokoli Lakes (3006m)
You will be served breakfast at 8 o'clock Then there is a continuation of horseback riding to the colorful Chokoli Lakes. With a bit of luck you can notice famous Marco Polo sheep or ibexes there. Also you will visit a glacier not far from the crystal mountain lake. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. You will spend the night in tents near the lake.
Day 11: Chokoli Lakes - Bishkek (by car)
After packing your backpacks, you will have breakfast at 8 o'clock. Then you will be transferred to Bishkek city by car. You will arrive in Bishkek in a Hotel*** at around 5 pm, where you will have time for yourself until your pick up at 7 pm. Then you will have an unforgettable farewell dinner in a restaurant.
Day 12: Flight home
Your guide will meet you at the Hotel at the time arranged previously in relation with your flight details and accompany you to Manas International Airport.
