Let us to present you a biking tour that takes place in the godlike mountains of Kyrgyzstan among wild and perfect places. The route will take you to pristine mountain gorges where it is still possible to meet real nomadic people. On the way you will see their nomadic felt dwellings - yurts. These Kyrgyz mountain house are very unique and their owners are always glad to invite you for a cup of tea. 

Places to visit: Bishkek - Kochkor - Sarybulak - Kichi-Naryn - Naryn town - Son Kul lake - Kyzyl Korgon canyon - Kyrk-Kyz pass - Ter Jailak pass - Toluk village - Toktogul village - Bishkek city 

Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek
Your guide will meet you at Manas International Airport and accompany to Bishkek City (30 min. drive), where you will have a breakfast. After accommodation in a hotel*** you will have a rest and then you go for an excursion to very colorful Natural Park Ala-Archa in the Ala-Archa gorge, on the Kyrgyz range in 45 km from Bishkek. You will hike to the top of a mountain and enjoy nice view of this famous gorge. Traditional dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Night in a Hotel***.
 
Day 2: Bishkek - Kochkor - Sarybulak
In the morning we start our transfer to Kochkor village by car via Orto Tokoi water reservoir. At the Kochkor village you will meet a nice family that organizes show of making our national felt carpets. You will participate there and even create your own carpet! Also you will visit Kyrgyz Handicraft museum in Kochkor village. Then ride on an asphalt road to Sary Bulak village (2310 m. alt., 38 km). Transfer (7 km, 2390m. alt.) by bike on dirt road to confluence of Kara-Kudjur and Biulioomiu rivers. Overnight in tents.

Day 3: Sarybulak - Kichi-Naryn
The entire day you will ride on dirt road along the Balgart river and Kichi-Naryn river so the day is pretty easy. Overnight in tents in the forest near the Kichi-Naryn river. This place attracts nomads since ancient time. Shepherds were coming here with all their relatives for summer pastures. In some big tribes there were about 1000 yurts! All of them were going from one place to another like a big family with a great amount of cattle. Kyrgyz nomads are very hospitable and like to meet travelers. 
 
Day 4: Ride (63 km) Kichi-Naryn - Naryn town
After breakfast we will ride down to the Kichi-Naryn village (2351m. alt.) and you will ride down to the confluence of the Kichi-Naryn and Naryn rivers and from there we ride along Naryn river to the town of Naryn (2050 m. alt.).This town was built right along the gorge and it stretched on the bank of longest river Naryn. The town is situated 2800 meters above the sea level. The road to Naryn will surprise you by its spectacular landscapes along incredible gorges and you will have many photo stops! Lunch on the road.  You ride on the main road so it is pretty easy day. This night you spend as nomads in yurts! Yurts are traditional collapsible nomadic dwellings that are made of felt and wood without using a single nail and can be constructed in ne our but used for ten years 
 
Day 5: Transfer or Ride Naryn - Son Kul Lake
Today you can ride or to be transferred to the highest lake in Kyrgyzstan Son Kul Lake over the Kurtka Pass (3243m. alt.). There is easy part with a slight descent the beginning of the gorge. From a narrow chasm where we will enter a narrow gorge with high sharp rock walls, in some places up to 200 meters starts a steep ascent to the pass. Descent is shorter and easier. Son Kul Lake is surrounded by mountains at an altitude of 3016 meters above sea level and it will rejoice you by peaceful and calm nature. Herders of the Naryn region come to the lake to use it as a plentiful pastureland. After our arrival, you will be free to explore and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its surroundings. Dinner and overnight will be in nomadic collapsible dwellings - yurts. It is made of a wooden skeleton, covered with felt coverings. (3016 m. alt.). 
 
Day 6Son Kul Lake
We will stay at the hospitable shore f Son Kul for another day to relax and have a rest after long journey. You will have an excellent opportunity to explore Kyrgyz nature and lifestyle of ancient nomads on your own. You can ride along the lake on a famous Kyrgyz horse, or just relaxing in the atmosphere of the wild, but calm nature. It is a great chance to get acquainted with nomadic traditions and culture. This night you will spend in tents.
 
Day 7: Ride Son Kul lake - Kyzyl Korgon canyon (80km)
Before we will leave this sacred lake we will ride to the ancient stone inscriptions (dating back to 800 B.C.). Visiting that spot we will leave Son Kul and start ride to the Djumgal valley through Kara Keche pass (3381m). It is a land of high mountains, towering peaks, cliff rocks, and red canyons. Local walking in the red canyons.  Night in tents.

Day 8: Ride Kyzyl Korgon - Kyrk-Kyz pass 3223m
On the way to the pass you will see amazing panoramas, wide emerald pastures, and bright colored rocks. We pass the Kizil Oi (red canyon) village. It is a small poor village hidden in the mountains and you will have chance to walk there to feel the country side life of Kyrgyz people. On the way to the village you will see our famous red canyons that are completely different from any other mountains in Kyrgyzstan. This place impresses travelers and all of them want to come back there once again. Night in the tents. 
 
Day 9: Ride Kyrk-Kyz pass - Ter Jailak pass 2446m - Toluk village (50km)
This part of the rout is difficult, but we will meet many Kyrgyz shepherds here. Even nowadays they come to this plentiful place and you can touch nomadic way of life. Nomads are very hospitable and they are always open to communicate with foreigners. You will have opportunity to talk to them about their life and to see their felt dwellings. Also it is possible to try national drink kumis that has a real unusual taste. It is made of mare's milk and it is fermented. Night in tents. 
 
Day 10: Ride and transfer to the Toktogul village
After breakfast we will ride, and our driver will drive with us. The road has a plenty of magnificent landscapes and you will never forget them. When you are there you have no doubt that the best architecture in the world is Mother Nature! After lunch we transfer to the Toktogul village where we can take a shower or drive to the artificial lake. Overnight is in a home stay.  Free time. 
 
Day 11: Transfer to Bishkek city
In the morning we transfer back to Bishkek city. The road will carry you away by the unspeakable scenery offered through views of the unspoiled nature. In the city you will have free time to go shopping and walk in the capital or just to have some rest after long journey. In the evening you will have a dinner in a restaurant and this night you will spend in a hotel***. 
 
Day 12: Transfer to the airport
At the time arranged previously according to your flight details your guide will meet you at your hotel and accompany you to Manas International Airport.
