This transit tour was specially developed for those people who have journey from Kashgar to the Chinese - Kyrgyz border (on Torugart Pass) and then to Bishkek city (the capital of Kyrgyz Republic). You will have an opportunity to live in the hidden places that are completely far away from busy civilization during the main part of this adventure. You will have time to relax in Son Kul Lake calm atmosphere and you will also visit famous Caravanserai of Tash Rabat (Stone Castle) that was built inside the mountain.

Tour summary:

Day 1: Torugart - Tash Rabat Caravanserai (Stone castle)

You will be met by your guide at the Kyrgyz - Chinese border - Torugart Pass. Afterwards you will start a trip to the Great Silk Road Caravanserai of Tash Rabat (Stone Castle that dated 14th century A. D.). This caravanserai is situated at Tian Shan - Mountains heart. This structure was built out of layered stones and what's more it was constructed partly inside the mountain at an altitude of 3200 m. above sea level. This building has no worlds' analogues. There are 31 rooms in total. The walls width is about one meter. Inside, there are dungeons for medieval convicts. The night in the yurt camp will be spent nearby the Caravanserai of Tash Rabat. Dinner will be served at 7 o'clock in the evening.

Day 2: Tash Rabat - Son Kul Lake

Breakfast. After that we will be transferred to the 2nd biggest lake in Kyrgyz Republic - Son Kul. The Kyrgyz nomads with their families started to come to this wonderful area for rest and relaxation since ancient times. Naryn region herders come to the lake to use it as summer pastureland. Son Kul Lake is surrounded with the mountains; it is situated at an altitude of 3013 m. above sea level and is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan. On the way, lunch will be taken. You will be free to walk around and enjoy lake's virgin nature and its surrounds, after our arrival. Dinner and overnight stay are in the collapsible nomadic abodes - yurts. Yurts are built without nails. They are made out of wooden skeleton that is covered with thin felt mats.

Day 3: Son Kul (3013m. above sea level)

Your breakfast is at 9 a.m. This day you will spend in the paradise of the Kyrgyz nomads, at the Lake of Son Kul. It is a great opportunity to familiarize with nomadic customs and way of life. On a horse you can ride along the lake's shore or just have a rest in the wild and calm nature atmosphere. Today you will see also the ancient site of petroglyphs (stone carvings) and shamans' ritual stones. At 2 p.m. your lunch will be served. In original nomadic houses - yurts you will have a national dinner. In yurts as nomads do, you will spend this night.

Day 4: Son Kul

This day is destined for short hiking along the lake's shore or walking around the yurt camp. The day that is spent in the Kyrgyz paradise, at Son - Kul Lake will give you a complete freedom from all your troubles. Son Kul is found at the place, which is absolutely far away from busy civilization. It is ideal chance to feel as if you are one thousands years ago among nomads as there is no traffic, crowds of people, TV, radio and etc.

Day 5: Son Kul - Bishkek

Fortifying breakfast. Drive to the capital of celestial Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek City. During the all trip you will see unforgettable landscapes of the gorges and mountains. You will be transferred through the famous Gorge of Boom and alongside its mountain rushing river that flows down the gorge. Upon arrival in Bishkek you will be accommodated in the hotel. Dinner.

Day 6: Bishkek - Ala Archa - Bishkek

This day an excursion to Natural Park of Ala-Archa is planned. The Park is located on the Kyrgyz ridge (Tien - Shan spur), 45 km. away from Bishkek, in the Gorge of Ala - Archa. The gorge is situated at an altitude of 2100 meters a. s. l., and is one of the most stunning Kyrgyz gorges, for the reason that it has juniper and fur tree forests, snow white peaks, rushing river and mountain waterfall. The hike to Ak - Sai cascade takes about five - six hours. You could see from the path one of the highest peaks on the Kyrgyz range of Ala-Too - Ala - Archa (4000 m). Picnic is near the cascade. After that we descend down the gorge and return to Bishkek City. In the hotel*** you will spend the night.

Day 7: Bishkek - Tashkent

According to the details of your flight, you will be collected from the Hotel by your guide and transferred to the Airport of Manas.
